Ms. Anuradha Jairam has over 22+ years of experience in Retail & Development Sectors. Started her career with ICDS and then moved to Life Help Center for Handicapped, working for Persons with Disabilities. She turned around Oxford Book Store, Calcutta and was the first one to introduce the concept of “Reading Culture” with “Chai”. With Significant operational experience with Fab India, she brings to ATPAR team, her expertise in the areas of Retail, Introduction of new concepts in retail, developing and implementing Business Strategies for growth and turnaround.

As ATPAR team member, Mr. Sriraman is an articulate communicator who can fluently speak the language of both people and technology, blending technical expertise with interpersonal skills while interacting with the cross-functional teams, customers and stakeholders. As an Entrepreneur and a visionary he has been an accomplished Executive Leader with over 30+ years’ experience that has a history of bridging technical and managerial acumen in turning around of information technology coupled with insightful exposure to IT management, R&D, Product development, program management, delivery management etc. His special Interests are to work with young entrepreneurs in technology products and services, and support NGOs to provide technology solutions.

Ms. Tripti Someshwar is a Law graduate and Special Educator ,with work experience of more than 18+ years in the Development Sector. Having worked both in India and Hong Kong advocating for better policies and inclusion of Persons with Disabilities. Tripti started her career as a lawyer and then became a special educator and worked in various cities in India. From being a teacher, to working in remote villages as a Community based rehab worker, she moved on to do placements for young adults and is now working towards creating self-employment opportunities. She brings with her innovative solutions and Leads the ATPAR team focused on Entrepreneurship Development Program and counseling. Tripti aims to foster a society, which is inclusive with equal opportunities for one and all.
